Nişantaşı Koru B Apartment
In one of Istanbul's busiest neighbourhoods, the home had to be a counterweight to the rhythm outside.

Living in Nişantaşı means being close to the city's energy at all times. That is why this interior was kept deliberately quiet at first glance: the eye should rest and the rooms should breathe.
The richness reveals itself in layers: in the texture of materials, in junction details and in how furniture is composed within each room. This makes the home feel more familiar and valuable over the years rather than dull.
Everyday practicality mattered as much as aesthetics. Storage, ease of maintenance and lighting control were part of the design from the very first sketches.
Key decisions
- Quiet at first, layered and rich up close
- Storage planned from the very first sketch
- Durable, easy-to-maintain surfaces
This project was designed and delivered together with the FEINE team.
