Bodrum Summer Villa
A summer house is where people live at their most relaxed. In Bodrum we built the design around that ease.
We approached the architecture less as a visual outcome and more as a sensory, tactile experience. The floor under bare feet, the handrail under your palm, afternoon light filtered through a curtain: each is part of the design.
Materials were chosen for Bodrum's climate and the rhythm of summer life: natural, textured surfaces that improve with age, and details that stand up to salty air and strong sun.
At 600 m², the aim was a plan where indoor and outdoor life merge, as comfortable for large family gatherings as for quiet mornings.
