Nurol Life Teke Residence
Forty-one floors above the city, the real question was how an interior keeps its own voice when the view is this loud.
In high-rise living the glass façade is both the greatest privilege and the hardest design problem. Strong, shifting daylight floods in during the day; after dark, the same glass can turn the home into a lit shop window.
We therefore built a material palette that absorbs light rather than bouncing it around. Soft tones and matte, textured surfaces calm the daylight, while artificial lighting follows the same restrained language, favouring indirect sources that wash surfaces over direct downlights.
Within 130 m², living, dining and resting zones stay open to one another yet clearly defined. The result is a residence whose sense of luxury comes from the calm you feel inside, not from the view alone.
